Cape Cod Baseball League – Veterans Field is the home park Chatham Anglers (Chatham A’s) and only a few minutes’ walk from downtown Chatham. Cape Cod Baseball League attracts the best college athletes and the level of play is on par with the minor leagues. Grab a snack and a set on the bleachers or climb “The Hill” behind left field for a bird’s-eye view.  Next to the field is a new playground for fans too young to enjoy the game for 9 innings.   www.chathamas.com
 
Monomoy National Wildlife Refugee -  Sand stretches for eight miles off the elbow of Cape Cod Chatham, forming the barrier islands of North and South Monomoy and Minimoy. Here amount the varied habitats of oceans, dunes, freshwater ponds, and salt and fresh water marches, lies the 7,604-acre Monomoy National Wildlife Refugee. Chatham Lighthouse & Beach – A visit to the Chatham Lighthouse gives a wonderful view of the beach, the Chatham Bar, the Atlantic Ocean, and Life Guard Beach. The members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary guide the tour and explain the history of the light and its usefulness event today.  Children stand next to the beacon in the lighthouse. Chatham Marconi Maritime Center – Museum, Education, Lectures and more! Founded in 2002, the Chatham Marconi Maritime Center sits on the 11.3 acre, 10 building campus which comprised the former Marconi/RCA Wireless Receiving Station, once the busiest ship-to-shore station on the East Coast and a significant military installation during World War II – Lots to tourwww.chathammarconi.org
