Our Cape Cod Story
Our connection to Cape Cod — and especially the Lower Cape — began with a simple realization: Chatham offered so much of what we loved about Nantucket, without having to travel quite so far to experience it.
We were drawn to the same qualities that had always made Nantucket special to us — beautiful coastal scenery, classic New England charm, incredible beaches, changing seasons, wonderful shops and restaurants, and that unmistakable feeling of being somewhere truly special. But from our home outside Boston, Chatham was much easier to reach, allowing us to enjoy the Cape more often and for longer stretches of time.
What began as an appreciation for the area eventually grew into an investment in Chatham and a collection of vacation homes that we could enjoy while also sharing with guests. We wanted each property to feel like a real Cape Cod home, not simply a rental — a comfortable place where families and friends could settle in, explore the Cape, and create their own traditions and memories.
Over the years, our love for this part of Cape Cod expanded beyond Chatham to Harwich Port, where we invested in a beautiful beachfront home overlooking Nantucket Sound. With the beach just steps away, sweeping water views, warm summer days and the shops, restaurants and energy of Harwich Port nearby, it captures another side of what made us fall in love with the Cape in the first place.
Today, our Chatham and Harwich Port homes reflect that original idea: to own and care for special properties in places we genuinely love, and to give our guests the opportunity to experience what makes this corner of Cape Cod so memorable.
