We had great time at this lovely house in Chatham! Lots of space.
We had a sweet time in David and Evelyn's house. They were very responsive and helpful. The location was an easy drive to downtown Chatham, which had plenty of parking for our late June stay. The house was a little smaller than we thought from the pictures, but clean and lovely. Like many houses on the Cape, it's right on a main road so you can hear traffic... a day of that and we no longer noticed, though. Extra points for the convenient Netflix and Amazon account access already provided (no searching for passwords...) The kitchen was outfitted with EVERYTHING which made cooking for our group a breeze. The master bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. The second bedroom upstairs has a day bed with a trundle, though, which may be a challenge for particularly tall people (my 5' 8" sister had no problem sleeping there.) I don't remember a picture of that room featured on the website; I think it was referred to as the other bedroom with twin beds. The main street in Chatham is wonderful, and don't miss the Friday night band concert downtown during the summer!
We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice house in a great location near downtown Chatham. The owners were very good about communicating with us. Highly recommend.
A true Cape Cod dream home. David and Evelyn could not have been more accommodating. My family throughly enjoyed our week on the Cape and my wife and I would highly recommend their home to everyone. Great fenced in back yard with volley ⚽️, badminton 🏸 , horseshoes, 🏓 ping pong, along with a great deck and brand new Weber gas grill. Enjoy , Enjoy Interior is beautiful, great master bedroom , kids enjoyed the loft.
This gem was everything we needed. 4 comfortable bedrooms, with a beautiful master suite and needed privacy.
Kitchen and living room was very comfortable and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. Fenced-in yard, huge deck, fire pit, gas grill with direct hook up.
You would not know the house is right on Rt. 28, very quiet in back yard and traffic not to heavy.
Will be returning!

Family members are still talking about our reunion at the Cape--which more than met our expectations! We chose the house because of its convenient location to beaches, park, ballfield, restaurants, and shopping (Chatham Main Street's bookstores, restaurants, clothing/gift shops, as well as emergency errands for diapers, vinegar, etc.). The house was lovely--well-equipped, clean and comfortable, Communication with the Graingers was also prompt and polite. Definitely would return.
It is a very nice, clean and well maintained house - there is everything inside to spend a few nice days in Chatham, Cape Cod, MA. The rooms are well distributed, a lot of natural light, a large well equipped kitchen. there is enough space to move around - maximum is 10 people.
It is located close to a little shopping area ( walking distance!) with a CVS and a market store also selling wine :) - very convenient -
This is a beautiful, well apointed home, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a lovely pond. Owner is very responsive to questions.

Recently, my husband brought our three kids (15, 14, and 4 years old) to Dave and a Evelyn’s house for a quick getaway before our sons’ youth sports schedules start back up. Initially, I was a little hesitant to head down to the Cape due to the Covid restrictions, but any worry I had quickly dissipated upon arrival. Dave and Evelyn’s house is fantastic, it was perfect for our family. My 4 year old loved the swing out front and the cul-de-sac was perfect for her to ride her bike. Additionally, the location was ideal, just a couple miles from Chatham Lighthouse beach. We enjoyed our runs in the morning with a quick visit to Chatham Perk afterwards for smoothies and breakfast sandwiches. Their communication was excellent, which we greatly appreciated. My kids have already asked when we can go back.
We had a great stay with our whole family over the Christmas holiday. The house was a great size with a well equipped kitchen. Location is fantastic - just a mile or so from the beaches and shops Chatham has to offer. Bedrooms were spacious and two full bathrooms came in handy for our whole crew. We will definitely look to come back!
Perfect location! We attended a wedding at the Chatham Bars Inn. This house trumps the Inn!

Our party of 9 was quiet comfortable in this clean and well equipped home. The location is a short drive to the lighthouse, downtown and several beaches. It is also walkable but we were there in November when temps were not conducive to a comfortable walk. The property managers were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the ample living areas which feature beautiful wide pine floors! The open floor plan was ideal for our large group. The temps outside were frigid but the home stayed comfortable and warm. We had no problem preparing our Thanksgiving Dinner in the updated kitchen! We have booked this home again already!

We were visiting Chatham to attend a Family Wedding and we wanted to spend some quality time together as a family unit and rented the apartment so we could have that luxury. Everything about the apartment was perfect! We especially enjoyed the added bonus of the "pool table" and the upstairs living space. Chatham is a great place to visit and this apartment was a great place to spend that time!.
This place was a gem. Perfect location, the place was impecable. Super close Main Street Chatham and Chatham Bars Inn. The condo was the perfect size, it’s actually quite deceiving and much more spacious than you can tell from the outside. It was perfectly tucked away and we loved every minute of it. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. It was perfect.
What a beautiful property for our weekend away for a family wedding! As soon as we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised - the space is even more beautiful than the photos.
